What are Rules of Procedure?

 

Rules of Procedure are the guidelines to the committee. These guidelines state when the committee was authorized, how many members are there, the purpose of the committee, when do they meet, reimbursement, minutes, how they vote, program promotion, chairman duties, how do they conduct a meeting, what is a quorum, how to amend the rules of procedure, when the rules were approved, and when they were amended.
