Oppose Any Effort To Outlaw Mechanical Devices Such As Games Of Skills Machines
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________At times the Gaming Control Commission and the Liquor Control Commission have tried to remove games of skill and mechanical amusement devices from all non-profits and for-profit businesses, even though there is no law to support that they are illegal to operate. These devices have been in place for many years. The removal of these devices will cause some of these non-profits to close their doors and could cause businesses such as Chuck E Cheese and Dave and Busters to end their tax paying business in Michigan altogether.
