Allow Military Spouse Stationed Overseas Access to Electronic Absentee Voting
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________Members of Military families residing overseas with their military spouse currently do not have the availability to vote by Electronic Absentee Voting. The Michigan Legislator working with the Michigan Secretary of State should make sure that the spouses of Veterans stationed overseas could vote securely electronically. This may require working with the Department of Defense and the Michigan National Guard to assure that all spouses of Military members stationed overseas have the right to vote electronically that is securely controlled from the point of the vote to the point of acceptance by the Michigan Secretary of State and counted.
